1. About us
Yuva Yoga is part of the European Project “HIPPOCAMPUS – Promoting Mental Health and Wellbeing among Young People through Yoga” funded by European Union through Erasmus Plus Programme (Spanish Agency).
The aim of the HIPPOCAMPUS project is to develop and implement an appropriate yoga-based approach to bring the benefits of yoga to young people in situations of disadvantage. More info about the project in https://hippocampusproject.eu.
2. About these terms of service
These Terms of Service are legally binding terms for your use of the Services. You should also review Privacy Policy, currently located at https://yuvayoga.org/privacy-policy, and accessible through the Yuva Yoga mobile applications, which contains important information about how we use your data. By accessing and using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, whether you have registered and created an account with Yuva Yoga. As explained in our Privacy Policy, and as described here, these Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. Yuva Yoga reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue, or terminate the Services at any time and without prior notice. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not access or use the Services.
You represent that you are 14 years old or older.
3. Disclaimer of warranties
We recommend that you use this app under the supervision of a yoga teacher.
The Services are provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis, with no warranties whatsoever. The quality of the display of video content within the Application varies from device to device and is subject to the quality of the internet connectivity to the device. you are responsible for all internet access charges. Please check with your internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges.
Yuva Yoga makes no claims whatsoever about any medical or health benefits from the use of the Yuva Yoga Services and does not purport to give medical advice. It is solely your responsability to consult with your own medical and health practitioners about your own physical and mental health.
No doctor-patient relationship is created by your use of the Yuva Yoga Services. Yuva Yoga expressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement of propietary rights. Yuva Yoga disclaims any warranties regarding the security, reability, timeliness, availability, quality and performance of the content and the Services. Yuva Yoga disclaims any responsability for any harm resulting from your viewing of the content and use of the Services, and does not guarantee that you will receive any benefit from your use of the Services. You understand and agree that you view the content and use the Services at your own discretion and risk.
If you feel any pain or discomfort while practicing, ease back or stop altogether. If you’re unsure of your ability, consult a doctor before beginning.
The creators, producers and distributors of this program do not accept any responsibility for any injury or accident incurred as a result of following the exercises in this program.
We make no representation or warranty promise the Application will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition and expressly exclude all other warranties, expressed or implied, oral or written, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantable quality or fitness for a particular purpose. We assume no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the Application, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Application, (v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the Application by any third party, or (vi) in the event that all or any part of the Application is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
4. Permitted use of services
The Services are made available to you for your non-commercial use only. Organizations or schools are encouraged to make the Services available to individual users under individual accounts. Additional or separate terms may apply to an organizational account. You agree not to use Yuva Yoga or any of its content to promote a product or service. You may not modify, reproduce, download, store, distribute, publish, license, or create derivative works from the Services or from the Content. You may not access Yuva Yoga in any way that could damage, disable or overburden the Services. You may not use any third-party APIs, software, tools or scripts to access or modify the Services or underlying technology, unless you are authorized in writing by Yuva Yoga.
5. License and intellectual property ownership
Subject to the terms of these Terms, Yuva Yoga Team grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited scope license, without right to sub-license, to use the Application for the purpose of viewing and using the Application and the content within in accordance with this Agreement.
This Application contains copyrighted material, trade secrets and other proprietary material. You shall not, and shall not attempt to, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, display, transmit or sell, in any form or by any means, the Application. Nor can you create any derivative works or other works that are based upon or derived from the Application in whole or in part, and any reproduction or redistribution of materials not in accordance with these Terms is expressly prohibited.
All materials that are part of the Application (including, but not limited to, designs, text, graphics, applications, software, music, sound, video and other files) are protected by law from unauthorized use. Copyright law and international copyright treaty provisions protect the entire contents of the Application.
All intellectual property rights in the Application shall remain at all times the sole and exclusive property of Yuva Yoga Team or its licensors.
Other than a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable license to use the Application, you have no right or title in the Application or any of the content within. You agree not to use the Application for public performances.
Yuva Yoga Team has the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate video content as it sees fit in its sole discretion, and Yuva Yoga Team shall have no liability to You for the exercise of such rights.
You shall use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful purpose. The terms of use of the app storefront that you used to download the Application also apply to your use of the Application. Without limiting the foregoing, use, display or distribution of the Application together with material that is pornographic, racist, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, libellous, abusive, promoting hatred, discriminating or displaying prejudice based on religion, ethnic heritage, race, sexual orientation or age is strictly prohibited.
6. Content
6.1. User content and interactions with other users
We do not claim ownership in any Content that you may add to, post on, deliver to, or otherwise make available to the Services through your posts or other features of the Services that may allow you to post or share your own Content and you may choose to take down Content that you have posted. By posting User Content, you hereby grant to us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid and royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense through unlimited levels of sublicensees) to use, copy, perform, display and distribute your User Content in any and all media or distribution method (now known or later developed) throughout the world. The licenses granted under this Section will survive the termination or expiration of these Terms of Service for any reason. You are solely responsible for any and all User Content that you post on the Services and for your interactions with other Users. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the User Content posted by you on the Service or otherwise have the right to grant the licenses set forth in these Terms of Service, and (ii) your User Content and the use of it by Yuva Yoga as permitted by the license granted in these Terms of Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, Intellectual Property Rights, or other rights of any person.
6.2. Content restrictions
You agree not to (i) modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, distribute, perform, sell or create derivative works based on the Content and Services; (ii) rent, lease, loan or sell access to the Services; or (iii) decompile, reverse engineer or copy any Content (other than the Content you post) or the Services. You also agree to not remove, obscure or alter Yuva Yoga’s or a third party’s copyright notice, logos, trademarks or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within the Services. You will not interfere with, disrupt or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services.
6.3. Prohibited content
You agree that you will not post or share through the Services any Prohibited Content. Prohibited Content includes, without limitation, Content that: (i) is offensive or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind; (ii) harasses or advocates harassment of another person; (iii) involves the transmission of “junk mail,” “chain letters,” unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming”; (iv) is false, misleading, libelous, defamatory or promotes, endorses or furthers illegal activities; (v) infringes the Intellectual Property Rights of another person; (vi) is involved in the exploitation of persons under the age of eighteen (18) in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under thirteen (13); (vii) contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, spyware, malware or other harmful content or code; or (viii) otherwise violates applicable law, the terms of these Terms of Service or potentially creates liability for Yuva Yoga. Any accounts posting Prohibited Content are subject to termination. We reserve the right to remove Content or links to Content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. We also reserve the right to remove Content that we determine in our sole discretion is primarily intended to promote a product or service. We have the right (but not the obligation) to investigate or review any Content and delete (or modify) any Content that in our sole judgment violates these Terms of Service or which is Prohibited Content, or may otherwise violate the rights, harm or threaten the safety of any User or any other person, or create potential liability for us or any User.

If you have comments on the Yuva Yoga Services or ideas on how we might improve, please contact us at info@hippocampusproject.eu. If you submit any comments or ideas to us, you hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license under any and all Intellectual Property Rights that you own or control to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon and otherwise exploit the comments and ideas for any purpose. The licenses granted under this Section shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms of Service.
